Job Description
Compiles annual regional departmental budget and submits to Head of Sales and marketing for approval
Ensure all company products are visible in the Market place across the range
Sets and ensures that sales & market share targets are achieved/exceeded in his area all the time and within the acceptable financial and good sales practices
Develops and builds company reputation(image) and creates a climate of confidence in the company and products produced
Attends to all customer and distributors correspondence and complaints through route Cause Analysis review
Obtains and develops new customer accounts and seeks approval for registration from the Head of Sales and Marketing
Timely disseminate relevant information to management and support staff about the market dynamics for decision making
Candidate Specification
Experience 8 years
Education Level Degree
Qualifications 3-5 years experience in Hotel, Restaurant and Cooperate Experience.
Software Computer literate
Equipment Industry related
Knowledge Of Good knowledge of Sales management techniques and systems
Skills To Strong influencing skills, High level of interpersonal skills
Ability To manage a sales team in a very fast paced, detailed oriented environment.
Personality Performance oriented
Other Possess a valid driving license
