Job Description
Develop the business strategy for the branches and set the implementation plan to achieve the branch objectives and goals
Acquire new profitable business within underwriting guidelines
Manage the renewal cycle in accordance with the underwriting guidelines and ensure renewal retention of at least 90% on existing business at all times
Ensure that Claims and Underwriting staff meet service standards in processing of claims and on issuance of Underwriting documents
Develop the technical skills and capabilities of staff at the branches necessary to support the delivery of objectives. Provide a primary source of training for technical staff on technical issues
Gather market intelligence in order to keep abreast of the trends and enhance competitive ability
Identifying, implementing and benchmarking best practices in management.

Qualifications Certification in Insurance
Software Ms office applications
Equipment Industry related
Knowledge Of Insurance Industry, Sales and Marketing, Underwriting policies, competitor activity
