Job Description
Prepare new sales Team by conducting initial sales training, developing coaching plans.
Determine training needs by visiting the field and work with sales team, observing sales planning and reporting
Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, providing coaching, conducting training sessions
Participate in improving sales training effectiveness by sharing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available
Accomplish sales training and organization mission by achieving related results as needed.
Work with the Operation Manager on improving the sales training effectiveness by monitoring, evaluating and assessing the sales training impact.
Should act as a bridge to bring the market realities to business and translate the business strategies at the ground level for implementation.
Impacting productivity of sales personnel by enhancing their sales skills
Get an in-depth understanding of the training requirements of the sales staff so as to modify the content accordingly.
Preparing reports, including attendance data and exam results

Skills To Delivering classroom training,
Ability To engage and build relations with multiple stakeholders, including trainees, Managers, etc
Personality Capacity to present self as a mentor who can be looked up to for guidance and knowledge
