Responsibilities


  • Conduct operational support for Oracle Right-now CRM work spaces
  • Define, document and align users profiles with business functions, create work spaces, and develop automated workflows
  • Provide administrative support on a daily basis, including provisioning and de-provisioning
  • Develop operational reports and dashboards
  • Provide documentation of processes and procedures


    Requirements


  • 6 years experience
  • Degree
  • Oracle RightNow,.Net (C#) ,Java,HTML ,CSS,JavaScript ,Ajax ,Web Services ,MVC ,PHP
  • Industry Related
  • Technically skilled than functionally
  • Good communication and presentation skills are highly requested for this position, as the role will involve dealing directly with the client.
  • Between 25 and 55 years of age
