Our client supplies accessories to the hospitality industry in the areas of room service and food and beverage service.

They are looking to engage a Customer Care Team Leader who will coordinate the customer care team and showroom sales activities.

Key duties:

Supervise the Customer Care team.

Meet sales targets through showroom sales.

Provide reports and undertake client presentations.

Ensure effective follow-up of clients and client requirements.

Key requirements:

Must have experience working in the hospitality sector

Must have supervisory experience in client related role

Experience in a showroom sales set up is an added advantage
