  • The Customer Care Assistant reports to the Corporate Communications Officer.

    Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Attending to visitors/clients;

  • Registering and issuing Visitor passes ;

  • Ushering VIP Visitors;

  • Handling telephone calls and emails for customers;

  • Promoting a positive corporate image.

    Person Specifications

  • KCSE mean grade C- (Minus);

  • Certificate in Reception /Front Office/Telephone Operations Course or equivalent qualification lasting not less than 3 months from a recognized institution;

  • Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya; and

  • Must be a citizen of Kenya.

    Key Competencies and Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;

  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills;

  • High level of integrity;

  • Attention to detail; and

  • Proficiency in computer applications skills
