Cuanu Consult Entry-level Receptionist Jobs in Nigeria; We are recruiting a smart, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will manage the front desk with professionalism and provide administrative support to various departments.


Job Description

Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and patients

Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary

Schedule appointments and maintain a tidy reception area

Manage office supplies and support general administrative tasks

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any field

Must have completed NYSC 0-1 Year

Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus

Skill Set:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
