Overview of Position

CTG is looking for qualified staff as per TOR below

Role Objectives

  • Install, configure & provide basic technical support for user hardware, network, printers & other office equipment.
  • Install & configure operating systems, printer drivers, applications etc.
    Image PC, laptops & servers for deployment.
  • In coordination with other
    support services such as the service desk, assist users & provide basic troubleshooting.
  • Administer service desk tickets & inventory records.
  • Train mission staff & other civilian or military personnel on the proper use of IT resources, information security, software applications etc.

    Project Reporting

  • Report to the line manager

    Key Competencies

  • Minimal 5 year experience in supporting users & network & office equipment.
  • Experience in supporting Windows desktop operating systems & MS Office.
    Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
  • Experience in customer services & the ability to provide a professional interface with the user community.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work outside normal working hours if required.
  • Industry recognized certifications are an asset.
