CTG Data Enumerator Jobs in Nigeria;Under the overall guidance of the DTM Program Officer, the technical supervision of the Senior Program Associate / Project Assistant (Operations), and the direct supervision of the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for collecting data as part of DTM Mobility Tracking, Registration, Flow Monitoring Points, Surveys, and other DTM tools and activities.
The role involves working closely with field teams and partners to support high-quality data collection, analysis, reporting, and coordination in line with DTM methodologies and humanitarian standards.
Role Objectives
Collect data and provide support to relevant partners on data collection based on DTM methodologies and tools, following a pre-established schedule.
Maintain high-quality standards and accountability during data collection, interviews, and data entry by ensuring integrity and credibility.
Monitor and evaluate DTM operations in the field and identify opportunities for improvement and enhanced efficiency.
Triangulate collected data with relevant partners in accordance with DTM methodology.
Ensure timely submission of field information to the Team Leader or Project Assistant according to DTM programme standards and requirements.
Conduct rapid registration exercises, assessments, and surveys as required.
Ensure confidentiality and ethical data-handling practices in accordance with data protection principles and the humanitarian principle of "Do No Harm."
Promote effective collaboration with DTM partners and staff during field data collection activities to achieve shared objectives and optimize results.
Respect and promote individual and cultural differences, encourage diversity, maintain high ethical standards, and adhere to organizational principles, rules, and standards of conduct.
Work in a composed, competent, and committed manner and demonstrate flexibility to be deployed or redeployed on short notice when operationally required.

The role works under:

The direct supervision of the Team Leader.
Key Competencies
Education & Experience
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience for diploma holders or one (1) year for degree holders.
Experience in humanitarian assistance is an added advantage.
Experience in data collection and statistics is an added advantage.
Experience in
the humanitarian sector, NGO, or INGO environment is mandatory.

Team Management
This position has no managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
