CTG (Committed To Good) Electrical Engineer Jobs in South Sudan;Design, implement and maintain safe and efficient electrical systems across client projects and facilities in South Sudan. Provide technical guidance, oversee installations, and ensure compliance with standards and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

Electrical Design & Assessment

  • Conduct assessments and develop designs for electrical installations.

  • Execute design and implementation in line with Construction Manual.

  • Recommend improvements in safety, efficiency and sustainability.

  • Oversee installation, commissioning and performance monitoring.

    Budgeting & Reporting

  • Develop project budgets and accurate cost estimates.

  • Contribute to timely, data‑informed reporting.

    Procurement & Tender Preparation

  • Provide technical expertise during procurement.

  • Assemble tender packages including scope, BOQs and evaluation criteria.

    Stakeholder Liaison

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide technical updates and progress reports.

    Project Supervision & Quality Assurance

  • Supervise electrical installation works and contractors.

  • Conduct quality assurance inspections during design and implementation.

    Technical Support & Documentation

  • Use CAD software and engineering tools for design documentation.

  • Maintain records of project performance and lessons learned.

    Additional Duties

  • Undertake other
    responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

    Requirements

    Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, engineering software and MS Office.

  • Advanced writing and verbal communication in English.

  • Strong understanding of safety, efficiency and sustainability.

    Competencies

  • Strong project management and customer service orientation.

  • Excellent problem‑solving and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in multicultural, high‑paced environments.

    Team Management

  • Collaborate closely with Country Office Engineering Unit.
