CSS Social Media Specialist/Receptionist Jobs in Kenya
We are seeking to hire a dynamic Social Media Specialist/Receptionist to be the first face and often the first voice of our growing company. We place great value upon the responsibility of meeting and greeting visitors, clients and viewers in person and in social media.
This position will have social media duties including audience engagement, listening, timely responses and updating internal files. You will also interact with our digital and marketing teams, and be expected to voice and address the concerns of the company’s audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests in person and viewers online via our social media channels. Use social listening skills to monitor viewers queries and sentiments.
Have a firm understanding of PR principles and respond on behalf of the company when applicable on social media platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Work with the Director and the larger team to hone your skills as one of the voices of our company.
Acts as lobby receptionist greeting and efficiently sorting customers queries and directing them to the appropriate department.
Any
other administrative task accorded to you.
Key Requirements:
Certificate or diploma in relevant field.
Preferred Social Media experience
Excellent telephone manners; good verbal and grammar skills
Patience and positive disposition with internal and external customers
Ability to interact productively and positively with fellow employees
Have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive personnel information.
Possess strong organization and communication skills,
Be customer-focused, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
Process cash, card and invoice payments.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the venue on a daily basis.
