Crown Beachfront Vipingo Finance Manager Jobs in Kenya; To provide strategic leadership and oversight of the company’s financial management by planning, directing, and controlling all financial operations. The role ensures effective financial stewardship, statutory compliance, robust internal controls, and long‑term financial sustainability and profitability.

Duties

Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management accounts, and reports for Management and the Board.

Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and liquidity.

Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate payment of salaries, statutory deductions, and benefits.

Monitor and control operational costs through effective budgeting and cost optimization.

Oversee procurement‑related financial processes to ensure compliance and value for money.

Manage company assets, maintain asset registers, oversee valuations, and safeguard resources.

Establish and monitor internal financial controls, accounting systems, and risk management measures.

Ensure compliance with statutory obligations including taxation and financial reporting standards.

Coordinate internal and external audits, address findings, and implement corrective actions.

Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Budget variance maintained within approved limits.

Positive cash flow and effective working capital management.

Cost control achieved within approved thresholds.

Compliance with audit requirements with minimal findings.

Timely collection of receivables and acceptable Accounts Receivable Days.

Accuracy and integrity of inventory records and asset registers.

Education, Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration (Finance/Accounting option), or related field.

CPA(K), ACCA, or relevant professional qualification.

Minimum 7 years’ experience in financial management within the hospitality industry.

Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, reporting, taxation, cash flow, leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
