Critical Minerals Financing Corporation General Counsel / Head of Legal Jobs in Nigeria; The successful candidate will lead all legal, governance, and transactional structuring activities across investment banking, mining finance, structured transactions, commodity trading, SPVs, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ post‑call experience.

  • Strong background in project finance, investment banking, energy, infrastructure, mining, or international transactions.

  • Experience drafting complex commercial agreements and structured finance documentation.

  • Excellent negotiation and regulatory engagement skills.

  • Experience as an SEC‑registered individual is an advantage.
