CPL Scholarship Help

I'm a PPL graduate pilot from Namibian Aviation Training Academy. I am looking for scholarship and bursary's to pay for my Commercial Licence. I have tried foreign applications but they require permanent residents in their country.

Please Help me grow in my aviation career.
