County Supermarket Accountant Jobs in Kenya


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.

  • Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations.

  • Prepare payments, invoices, and bank reconciliations.

  • File tax returns with KRA and other relevant authorities.

  • Advise management on financial matters.

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

  • CPA Part II qualification (degree in Accounting is an added advantage).

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience.

  • Knowledge of ERP accounting software and proficiency in Excel.

  • Good understanding of tax laws and statutory requirements in Kenya.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Honest, detail‑oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
