County Government of Nyeri Senior Assistant Director of Medical Services / Orthopaedic Jobs in Kenya


Responsibilities

  • Undertake general diagnosis, care, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients.

  • Provide specialized clinical care and psycho-social interventions.

  • Deliver clinical services to patients.

  • Train, consult, and perform surgeries in health facilities.

  • Carry out forensic and medico-legal services.

  • Coordinate disease surveillance, prevention, and control.

  • Lead health education and promotion initiatives.

  • Implement health projects and programs.

  • Maintain up-to-date health information systems.

  • Monitor provision of health treatment and care.

  • Undertake health research and analyze medical reports.

    Requirements

  • Be a Kenyan Citizen (attach ID).

  • KCPE and KCSE Certificates (attach copies).

  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.Ch.B).

  • Master’s degree in Orthopedic Surgery or equivalent.

  • Certificate of Registration by the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.

  • Valid practicing license from the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
