County Government of Nyeri County Senior Internal Auditor Jobs in Kenya




Responsibilities

  • Prepare audit plans, programmes, and budgets.

  • Review internal control systems for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Verify existence and safety of government assets.

  • Prepare audit reports and follow up on management actions.

  • Supervise staff, including those on-the-job training.

  • Maintain high audit standards and discipline.

  • Perform any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

    Requirements

  • Be a Kenyan Citizen (attach ID).

  • KCPE and KCSE Certificates (attach copies).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business Administration (Accounting or Finance option).

  • CPA Part III or equivalent qualification.

  • Registered member of ICPAK.

  • At least four years’ experience in accounting/auditing.
