County Government of Nyeri Animal Health Assistant II Jobs in Kenya


Responsibilities

  • Receive and compile fisheries-related statistical data from field officers.

  • Analyze fisheries data and prepare reports.

  • Assist in monitoring, control, and surveillance of fisheries resources.

  • Undertake fisheries extension activities.

  • Maintain ponds at fish farms and hatcheries.

  • Inspect fish and fish handling facilities at landing sites, markets, and farms.

  • Assist in promoting fish marketing and value addition.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Requirements

  • Be a Kenyan Citizen (attach ID).

  • KCPE and KCSE Certificates (attach copies).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries, Aquatic Sciences, Natural Resource Management, Applied Biology, Environmental Science, Biological Sciences, or Dryland Agriculture and Enterprise Development.

  • Relevant experience of two years and above (attach evidence).
