County Government of Nyandarua Chief Officer: Water & Sanitation Jobs in Kenya




Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as Accounting and Authorized Officer for the Department.

  • Day‑to‑day administration and coordination per Section 46 of the County Government Act.

  • Providing strategic policy direction, implementing programs, and managing departmental finances.

  • Maintaining effective collaboration with other county organs, counties, and the private sector.

    Requirements

  • Be a Kenyan citizen with a first degree in a relevant field.

  • Ten (10) years of relevant professional experience.

  • At least five (5) years’ experience in a leadership/Senior Management level in Public or Private Sector.

  • Knowledge of Programme Based Budgeting, Planning, and Financial Analysis.

  • A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
