County Government of Machakos Senior Fiscal Analyst Jobs in Kenya

Assembly Service Board of Machakos invites applications from suitably Kenyan citizens to fill the following vacant positions.

  • Senior Fiscal Analyst

    Duties and Responsibilities
  • Preparing and analyze the delivering of budgetary information to members and relevant house committees
  • Designing and carry out relevant budget research on specific area of interest.
  • Guiding the process of assessment of the strength and weakness of county government policy options relating to resource mobilization and utilization.
  • Preparing comprehensive analysis of county budget and appropriation proposal.
  • Formulating the departmental annual work plan, monitoring and evaluating its implementation
  • Such other relevant duties as may be assigned by the County Assembly Service Board

    Requirements for Appointment

    For appointment to this grade the applicant must have a minimum of the following:

  • Served in the grade of Fiscal Analyst I, or in a comparable position for a minimum period of three years:
  • Bachelors degree in any of the following disciplines: Economics, Statistics,
  • Mathematics or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution:
  • Certificate in Leadership Course from a recognized institution iv. Registered with a professional body:
  • Proficiency in computer application skills.
  • Demonstrated managerial, administrative and professional competence in work performance.

  • Ethics and Anti-coruption commission
  • Higher Education Loans Board
  • Kenya Revenue Authority
  • Credit Reference Bureau
