County Government of Kwale Senior Human Resource Management officer Jobs


Kwale County Public Service Board wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons to fill
the following positions.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of indents for advertisement.
  • Taking minutes during committee(s) Board meetings.
  • Assisting in the coordination of performance management.
  • Assisting in the assessment of training needs for all cadres of staff.
  • Assisting in the organization of training and capacity development programs.
  • Development training materials and manuals.
  • Assisting in the implementation of human resource policies and regulations.
  • Drafting correspondence for the Board.
  • Assisting in the implementation on compliance to statutory requirement and obligations. i.e coordinating, filling of declaration of income Assets and Liabilities and submission to relevant government agencies.

    Requirements for appointment

    For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:-

  • Served in the grade of Human Resource Development Office I or in a comparable and relevant position in the Public Service for a minimum period of three (3) years and shown merit and ability as reflected in work
    performance and results.
  • Must have a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management.
