Requirements for Appointment

  • Kenyan citizen.

  • Served for ≥3 years in a relevant ICT position.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent.

  • Relevant ICT certifications from a recognized institution.

  • Knowledge of e‑Government/Digital Transformation an added advantage.

  • Shown merit and ability in work performance and results.

  • Meet requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
