Requirements for Appointment

  • Kenyan citizen.

  • Served as Assistant Director, Human Resource Management for ≥3 years.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.

  • OR Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Sociology, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Commerce plus Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management/Development.

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.

  • Leadership Course (≥6 weeks) or equivalent.

  • Registered by the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).

  • Valid practicing license.
