County Government of Kisumu Chief Administrative Officer Jobs in Kenya



Requirements for Appointment

  • Kenyan citizen.

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant administrative experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration/Management, Social Sciences, or equivalent.

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field an added advantage.

  • Sound knowledge of Public Administration and County Government operations.

  • Ability to develop and implement administrative policies, systems, and procedures.

  • Knowledge of performance management, budgeting, and resource management.

  • Shown merit and ability in work performance and results.

  • Meet requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
