Academic Qualifications and Attributes
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: business administration, human resource management, social sciences from a University recognized in Kenya.
  • Working experience of at least five (5) years in administration and management.
  • Demonstrated professional competence and managerial capabilities; and clear understanding of national goals, values and principles of governance.
  • Satisfies the provisions of chapter six of the constitution.
  • Should not be a state or public officer.

  • Performance monitoring and evaluation, Budgeting, financial planning, Labour/employment law, Human resource and personnel development, Business strategy

    Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree

    Responsibilities
  • Have a clear understanding of the legislation and policy framework governing the County Public Service.
  • Observing good corporate governance principles in the performance of your duties.
  • Ensuring delivery of quality services to the citizens.
  • Promoting public service values and principles in the County Government.
  • Performing duties as assigned by the board.

  • Interested candidates are required to use the application for employment form (KCPSB 001) and attach
    copies of their ID, Curriculum Vitae, Academic and Professional certificates and testimonials.
  • The application for employment form can be obtained from the Kilifi County Public Service Board Offices or downloaded from the Kilifi County website.
  • For candidates to meet the requirements of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya, all applicants must obtain the following:
  • Tax compliance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority
  • Clearance certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board
  • Clearance certificate from the Ethics and Anti - Corruption Commission
  • Certificate of Good Conduct
  • Clearance from the Credit Reference Bureau
