Council of East and Central Africa Football Associations Women’s Football Development Officer Jobs in Kenya

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and implementation of CECAFA’s women’s football programmes.

  • Coordinate with Member Associations to increase participation.

  • Identify development needs and strengthen pathways for players, coaches and referees.

  • Organise workshops, seminars and CAF/FIFA programmes.

  • Support competitions and pathways between grassroots, youth and senior football.

  • Collect and analyse participation data and monitor programme outcomes.

  • Prepare reports, presentations and budget inputs.

  • Promote safeguarding and safe participation.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Business or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in women’s football or sports administration.

  • Practical experience in football associations or clubs is an advantage.

  • Strong organisational, stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.

  • Understanding of safeguarding principles and willingness to travel.

  • Fluency in English required; other CECAFA languages an advantage.
