Corporate Staffing Services Support Service Administrator – IT Jobs in Kenya

Our client is one of the leading IT solutions providers.

They seek to hire a Support Service Advisor who will be responsible for driving the services business within the business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the sales team in customer engagements and meetings
  • Attend internal and external training events to develop relevant knowledge and skills when required
  • Facilitate service reviews and instigate improvements as required
  • Ensure that the business unit and the customers have a clear and unambiguous expectation of the level of service to be delivered
  • Determine, document and agree on requirements for new services
  • Be a service sales champion internally
  • Ensure accuracy in inventory and quota

    Qualifications
  • Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum ITIL foundation certification
  • Sound knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; both verbal and written
    Sales acumen
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices with a passion for excellence
  • Excellent planning & organizing skills
  • Fluent in local language and English, both written and spoken
