Responsibilities
  • Works on and actively sets out to achieve the agreed sales targets from the assigned clients
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by handling customer queries and/ or complaints
  • Handles an agreed set of market, clients/accounts as advised, determined and discussed and agreed by/with the Head of Business
  • Develop, map and document the designated accounts and ensure 100% coverage in the assigned accounts and market
  • Identifies prospects and leads generated in the assigned accounts & areas
  • Qualifies the prospects/leads and where necessary liaises with the Head of Business on the same
  • Identifies optimum solutions and where necessary in liaison with Pre-sales support
  • Ensures maximum penetration & completion of User Trainings at the customer location to ensure optimization of the machines features & thereby the consumption
  • Prepare proposals and presentations as per the organizational standards and client requirements
  • Negotiate and finalize deals as per the organizational guidelines
  • Timely preparation and response to tender/RFQ/RFI/EOI, pre-qualifications, RFP in liaison with the bid desk
  • Ensures timely collection in liaison with credit control team
  • Identifying optimum solutions and where necessary in liaison with the pre-sales support
  • Works closely with Sales lead, presales, PIO/CSS to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the project / equipment.
  • Assists the Sales lead in planning the stocks based on past trends & forecast based on customer needs

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma Sales & Marketing or Business Management
  • Qualification in IT will be and added
    advantage
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in IT solutions
  • Experience in office automation sales both hardware and software
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up to date knowledge of all solutions offered in Office Automation
  • Maintains key liaison with key stakeholders within the company in relation to sales support matters
  • Establishes and maintains business relationships with all clients in market area to foster sales and ensure client satisfaction and value addition’s
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent Presentation, planning and organization skills
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
  • High level of integrity
