For this Executive Chef position you will have senior experiences in similar luxury lodging or luxury hotel environment.

About the role:

The Executive Chef will oversee daily operations, as well as delivering an extraordinary guest experience within the lodge.

Plan & supervise team activities ensuring smooth & profitable running of the business.

Staff Canteen - You will be a key person of reference for all Kitchen employees & guests.

Team player & an effective leader, able to set examples fostering a climate of guest delight within the lodge.
