Catholic Organization for Relief & development Aid/Cordaid invites competent and interested Consultant to submit his/her bids/applications to conduct Mid Term Review of a project : “Resilience Building and Creation of Economic Opportunities in Ethiopia (RESET II)” in four Woredas of Liben and Dawa Zones of Somali Regional State, Ethiopia


How to Apply

Interested Consultant can collect the Termes of Reference in person from Cordaid office or can request/get through email addresses indicated below.

The deadline for bids/applications submission is 05:00PM on 22nd of February, 2019. All bids shall be accompanied by a valid/renewed license for the year 2010 E.C., Tin certificate and VAT registration certificate, 2% bid bond/CPO. Cordaid will consider value for money on evaluating the bid.

Cordaid reserve the right to cancel the bid without giving any notice. Bidders and/or their representatives are invited for bid opening on 25th of February, 2019, 10:00 am at Cordaid office in Addis Ababa.

The bid shall be opened regardless of the number of present bidders/their representatives.

All bids (both financial & technical) shall be submitted in hard and soft copy at COrdaid Addis Ababa Office during official working hours (8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.), addressed as follows:
