Co-operative Bank of Kenya Business Analyst Jobs

Role Overview

Examine business problems and proposed solutions to ensure feasibility and effectiveness.

Perform detailed analysis of solutions, risks, and organizational impact.

Lead requirements elicitation, business solution assessment, validation, and stakeholder analysis.

Support project delivery through procurement, scope planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Maintain awareness of business and technology operations to identify technology‑enabled solutions.

Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a single point of contact.

Facilitate business ownership of requirements, user stories, and use cases.

Analyze business processes, identify alternatives, and recommend improvements.

Assist users in identifying problems, needs, and opportunities for improvement.

Contribute input for developing business cases for technology‑enabled solutions.

Skills, Competencies & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business.

Professional qualification in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Change Management (CBAP/CCBA, CBPP, PMI‑PBA, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, Prince2, PMP, Prosci, ITSM).

At least 5 years’ experience in a dynamic business environment, with 3 years in Business Analysis & Project Management.

Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Ability to handle complex information with accuracy and attention to detail.
