Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Location: Nairobi

Our client is a leading and affordable virtual assistant and consulting services company.

They seek to recruit a self-motivated, hard-working, honest and results-driven virtual assistant who will be able to thrive under pressure and help offering in administrative services to clients.

Responsibilities

Should be comfortable picking up or learning new software quickly and easily

Help with organizing our clients’ inbox

Basic web development services using platforms such as Wix and Squarespace

General phone support

Managing clients’ calendar

Creating and editing documents (Microsoft Office and G-Suite)

Social media support (Must be conversant with Instagram)

Data mining and compilation

Support in public relations

Must be willing to work odd hours (Between 8 pm to 3 am Kenyan time)

Qualifications

At least a diploma in marketing, sales, computer science, or business (should be prepared to share accomplishments or a portfolio of work)

Computer knowledge is a must. Familiarity with social media platforms

Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)

Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

Excellent time management skills

Solid organizational skills

Ability to work late-night shifts
