Key Responsibilities

  • Keeping record and filing of company’s documents.

  • Preparing of sales documents e.g letters, invoices, delivery notes and quotations.

  • Managing company’s email and other communication platforms.

    Requirements

  • Atleast a Certificate in secretarial or computer related field from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum of C in KCSE.

  • Proper knowledge basic computer packages.

  • At least 1(one) year experience as a secretary.

  • Aged below 25 years
