College of Education Gindiri Bursar Jobs in Nigeria

Duties

Shall be responsible to the Provost for the maintenance of all structures and vehicles; Ensure quality and standard of projects being executed.
Should be able to receive ideas and translate them into new projects

Shall ensure cordial relationship between the College and Contractors, Consultants, etc.
Shall also ensure that all projects are in accordance with specifications.

Requirements

Candidate should possess a minimum of Second Class Lower Degree, or HND plus Post Graduate Diploma (PGD), or Master's Degree in Architecture, Civil or Building Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution with 14 years cognate experience, and not below the rank of a Deputy Director on CONTEDISS 14 plus a professional registration with a relevant body (COREN).

Knowledge of ICT shall be an added advantage.
He/she must not be above 59 years of age.
He/She should be in the engineering cadre.
Terms of Appointment and other Conditions of Service

Salary shall be as applicable in other similar institutions, and entry point shall depend on cognate experience.

Other fringe benefits shall be as applicable to those of other institutions, or current Government circulars.

Tenure of office shall be for a period of five (5) years at

the first instance and may be renewed thereafter for a second term of five (5) years and more.
