Collection Africa Limited IT Manager Jobs in Kenya; Collection Africa is seeking to hire a dynamic and technical IT Manager. In this role, you will lead the entire IT function, ensuring efficient, secure, and resilient systems. Balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on systems management, you will drive digital transformation, oversee cybersecurity, manage enterprise infrastructure, and optimize PRSP/SMS and VoIP/SIP communication platforms to support organizational growth.

Core Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Infrastructure Management

Lead IT strategy development and oversee enterprise infrastructure.

Systems Administration

Manage and maintain systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

Oversee cybersecurity measures and risk management protocols.

Communication Systems Management

Optimize PRSP/SMS platforms and VoIP/SIP communication systems.

Leadership, Innovation & Digital Transformation

Provide strategic leadership, foster innovation, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 7 years of IT management experience in a dynamic environment.

Strong background in systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.

Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, Security+) are an added advantage.

Experience with PRSP/SMS platforms and VoIP/SIP systems highly desirable.
