Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of IT management experience in a dynamic environment.

Strong leadership skills with sound communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, Security+) are an added advantage.

Experience with PRSP/SMS platforms and VoIP/SIP systems is highly desirable.
