Job DescriptionOur company, Code Blue computer services is an IT company founded by two young Ethiopian computer science graduates.
Code Blue computer services is currently working on an e-commerce business registered under the Tradename “ShemsuSouq”.
We are looking for a brave and visionary young mind who is a graduate of marketing management for the position marketing manager.
Responsibilities
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified tariff to our front door
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Experiment with a variety of acquisition channels like content creation, content creation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis.
Produce valuable and engaging content for website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Build strategic relations and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
Oversee and approve marketing materials, from websites banner to hard copy brochures and case studies
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaign, gain insight.
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Job Requirements
Education level: BA degree and above in the field of marketing Management.
Experience: 3-5 years
Requirements
Both Amharic and English (ENGLISH FLUENT speaker) is a must.
Demonstrable experience in marketing together with potential and attitude required to learn
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creative devising and leading across channels marketing campaign that engage, educate and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytical tools
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spread sheets.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, adaptability, sense of curiosity, openness to feedbacks, effective communication skills, team work dependability, problem solving.
