The Key Global Accounts Manager role is a newly created position in SAF, responsible for a) driving focus on GA Strategy Execution, Strategic Differentiation b) monthly reporting and c) liaising with Brand & NAMs on customer big bets.The role includes managing mid to senior team relationships with key global TEG, FSOP & PFM customers.

Engagement with customer and KO marketing, K & I and other relevant multi-functional teams. This role is a high touch, high involvement role, requiring experience in managing customers, global account leads and key stakeholder relationships across the franchise and customer landscape.


Responsibilities


  • Customer strategy - understand and interpret to business, customer strategy imperatives and links to TCCC
    growth levers
  • Define destination, core strategies and strategic plans for specific global accounts and stewards all the
    processes and routines required to track the business and execution performance with the customers and System key stakeholders.
  • Co-work global Customer plans with Bottler teams
  • Customer Best Practice - seek, tailor and share for local re-application
  • Customer Collaboration - lead and eventually support the customer collaborative business planning process to ensure preferred partner status with customers.
  • Differentiation through innovation- working with marketing/bottler & technical to drive product, RTM & equipment innovation relevant to winning with customer in the market
  • CIF leadership of customer specific innovations
  • Pitch management - Hilton, Marriott, RBI, KFC - lead for the franchise pitch processes for global customer
    RFP's. Monitoring and tracking that customer contract agreements are activated as planned.
  • Bring best in class practice from outside and from within the
    system. Proactively learn from the best in class TCCC and FMCG practices and adopt it for our markets.


    Requirements


  • 7+ years of successful system experience in the areas of shopper and customer key account management
  • Proven thought leadership in the ability to properly blend various kinds of analysis and data sources to craft action-oriented recommendations that drive business growth
  • Proven ability to influence people and align resources towards a common strategic goal, leveraging best-in-class approaches and methodologies while fine-tuning them to meet specific customer needs; ability to effectively interact and influence Senior Management
  • Proven ability to lead multiple simultaneous projects with challenging goals and objectives; proven ability to redirect resources according to needs
  • Fluent in working with customer ePOS
    Multi-channel and customer format experience
    University Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Will be exposed and must communicate primarily with English
  • Adaptable to interact with all cultures in Africa, Europe and USA
    30% of time within Franchise and Global Customer trips
