    Key Purpose Statement
  • The role of Inventory assistant is continuous inventory control.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Daily and Monthly stock count for full goods, empty bottle and empty crates
  • Daily update of the daily stock checklist
  • Daily preparation of stock movement reports
  • Daily preparation of full goods reconciliation reports.
  • Verification and reconciliation of all the full goods sent or received to or from other bottler and ensure it is being booked into the system.
  • Proper reconciliation of the full goods transferred from the production to the warehouse. Check the transfer orders and compare to system postings
  • Confirmation and recording of the warehouse and production breakages and ensure breakages form is filled and booked in the system for approval.
  • Verification of all the non-conforming, short expiry and wrong order products returning from market as per the brand and capture them in the daily stock counts.
  • Daily check of all system posting relating to stock to ensure all the transactions are accurate.


    Skills, Experience & Education

    Qualification:
  • Diploma in a Business related field and a minimum qualification of CPA 2


    Experience:
  • 3 – 4 years’ work experience.
