Responsibilities
Focus, Scope & Impact
Lead and drive the integrated commercial agenda in the Franchise & Bottling system.
Build and develop the Commercial Annual Business Plan (ABP) with Franchise & Bottler partners.
Prioritize commercial priorities by quarter.
Drive the right BBM model for the Franchise, ensuring pack architecture adapts to market dynamics.
Recruit resources from the “On Demand Hub” (Affordability, Premium, Channel, RGM X, RTM & Digital).
Provide commercial input and approval of all marketing campaigns and ensure integration.
Provide input into commercial strategies (ABC of Execution, Affordability, Premium).
Key Success Parameters / Deliverables
Lead and implement the Commercial Strategy for the market (ABP).
Drive the commercial agenda in the Franchise/Market.
Deliver prioritized quarterly commercial priorities with appropriate resources.
Ensure business and commercial metrics are achieved.
Leverage Affordability, Premium & RGM X teams to tackle challenges and accelerate growth.
Provide commercial input and approval of marketing campaigns and Picture of Success.
Act as the key commercial system partner driving strategic thought leadership.

Ability to collaborate and partner to deliver results in the marketplace.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Hands-on mentality with consumer and commercial
understanding.
Drive cross-functional support and alignment with Operating Units and General Managers.
Communication Focus
Communicate with internal stakeholders and bottling partners at senior levels.
Interface Customer & Commercial Leadership with Franchise Leadership.
Support Franchise Leadership on strategies, priorities, and performance with bottler senior leaders.
Communicate externally with senior leaders of major customers, advisors, and stakeholders.
Experience
10–12+ years of leadership experience in Commercial.
Strong skills in commercial and channel strategy, revenue growth management, segmentation, route to market, and negotiation.
Proven track record of execution excellence.
Strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
Bottling system, franchise, or commercial experience desirable.
