Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain quality of product and process through effective maintenance planning, manage the impact of machine performance on quality, shutdowns, breakdowns & projects

• Implement Engineering Change Management

• Capture data, analyse, and generate asset management reports

• Implement EOSH and risk standards to manage ongoing compliance with EOSH and risk standards

• Manage the Maintenance of Spares inventory and Repair, develop and control maintenance cost plans and CAPEX

• Manage the maintenance program & analyze equipment to identify failure causesproblem-solving and administer gap list

• Guide and manage the team to accelerate team performance and development

• Build positive work relationships through ethical and energizing leadership, and collaboration

• Continuous Improvement of the asset care system, and engineering processes & ensure correct system utilization by the team

Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or related qualification.
