    Primary Function

    • Representative of the drilling and completion project at the wellsite.

    • Supervision of Completion and Work-over operations as per the policy of Company, Completion and Work-over program and contracts.

    • Team leader of Supervisors and Trainees at site during Completion and Work-over phase. Organize and coordinate service companies, G&G, Support group and government alignment to achieve operational target. .

    Responsibilities

    • The first point of contact" of wellsite during completion & work over operation phase.

    • Monitor QHSE, progress and cost at the wellsite, handle emergencies as the first priority, and then report to completion & work over operation manager as soon as possible.

    • To review the detailed completion & work over program and operating procedures such as gravel packing/packer running and setting jobs. Supervise contractors in the execution of all completion & work over and associated programs, ensuring that all objectives are met in a safe and efficient manner and in keeping with all regulatory requirements.

    • Responsible for Job risk assessment and risk mitigation implementation.

    • Organize operations meetings on site and issue the operations instructions. Direct and witness critical operations in positions.

    • Carry out weekly safety tours and safety meetings.

    • Supervise the maintenance work of completion & work over related equipment, in accordance with procedures, to ensure safe and efficient operation.

    • Materials and service plan verification as per the completion & work over program and operation progress.

    • Responsible for Personnel and materials sign in and sign out.

    • Verify and sign contractor services tickets.

    • Verify the equipment, personal qualifications, completion & work over tools and materials of contractor at site.

    • Implement routine safety drills, BOP tests and keep the
    records.

    • Coordinate the collection of all data to be transmitted back to the base office, and to ensure their correctness, content and quality of such data. Maintains all well files into public folder or emailing for information sharing among completion & work over group.

    • Summarize the lessons learnt for each operation stage (each hole section). To be able to suggest and discuss any changes which may be required to the program with a view to improvement.

    • To take prompt action, in the event of an emergency within the completion & work over package, to safeguard life and minimize damage to properties and any detrimental effect on the environment.

    • To evaluate and report on the performance of service contractors to safeguard the technical and commercial interests of the company. Review "post well" reports.

    • To execute thoroughly, any incident investigation, analysis and follow up in order to prevent recurrence.

    • Any task assigned by superior.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or above in Petroleum engineering, drilling and completion or the related.

    • At least 8 years' completion & work over related working experience.

    Knowledge

    • Extensive understanding of Oil and Gas E&P.

    • Knowledge of QHSE policy and reporting procedure.

    • Extensive experience and knowledge of completion & work over engineering.

    • Knowledge of reservoir and geology.
