Principal Accountabilities

  • Design, implement and monitor Performance Management to enable employees and teams to understand the goals of the Group;

  • Work in liaison with key stakeholders to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives and people’s day-to-day actions and tasks by implementing a process for tracking progression from goal setting, performance reviews, and organizational performance;

  • Develop organizational performance indicators, and dashboards related to service quality and performance, and work with Heads of Business Units to identify methods to collect and analyze such indicators;

  • Develop and maintain a process for gathering, validating, and analyzing performance information relating to corporate plans/strategies, key policies and standards, and service effectiveness;

  • Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans and annual operating performance plans and works with Head of Business Units to establish outcome goals and define clear program strategies for measuring performance;

  • Improve understanding of performance management and data analysis across services and other departments, providing training, advice, and support to departments and teams;

  • Identify performance monitoring gaps, clarify the implications of the gaps, and make recommendations as to how the gaps should be addressed;

  • Assists Head of
    Business Units in developing performance measures, tracks outcomes as well as develops efficiency and quality measures and metrics for day-to-day management decision-making;

  • Conducts planning and implementation related to organizational performance and accomplishments;
    Plans, executes and supervises assigned special projects;

  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of effective Recognition Programs to reward staff contributions;

    Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field;

  • Master’s Degree will be an added advantage;

  • At least five years of progressively responsible experience in financial reporting structures, analytical review techniques or performance management implementation, strategic planning, or any equivalent combination of related training and experience;

  • Knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of performance, data processing, performance management concepts, methodology, and implementation techniques.
