Qualifications

K.C.S.E mean grade C-

Diploma in Building Construction.

Have a wide knowledge of building industry including knowledge of materials, trade, methods and legal/ contractual requirements.

Be technically competent with an experience of at least one year.

Keep up to date with changes in construction methods.

Employment is on contract terms.
