Clarification for Scholarship

Am a student pursuing a Diploma in Nursing in Kenya Medical Training College - Embu and am in need of financial assistance specifically for the fees. Are there opportunities that can be of help to people from poor rural areas who want to progress in knowledge? What is the criteria to be followed?
