Civil Engineering Scholarships

I need to have an idea weather I can fill scholarship grants before I get graduated, am inspired to study abroad and currently am on the final year of study in Civil Engineering and I have about a GPA of 3.9, but am afraid to go search for such scholarship grants before graduation.
