Civil Engineering Scholarship

I did my KCSE in 1997. However, due to JAB increased intake points to grade B, I did not qualify to join any university on government grant.

My interest has always been Civil Engineering, but I could not pursue it because of insufficiency of funds.

Is it possible to get sponsorship to achieve my dreams?
