Civil and Urban engineering Scholarship

I completed my Diploma in teaching Mathematics and Physics then I started studying Civil and Urban Engineering and completed the second year by funding for all the fees and what have you by polishing shoes. Now I can not be able to pay and I have been searching for a scholarship or come there and study there.

Advance Africa is not a university nor a learning institution.
