City Walk Online Sales Representative Jobs in Kenya; We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless digital shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily online customer inquiries and orders across platforms (e g., website, WhatsApp, social media)

• Respond promptly to customer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

• Process orders, track deliveries, and follow up to ensure successful fulfillment.

• Create engaging product listings and update online catalogs regularly.

• Work with marketing to run promotions, social media campaigns, and boost online visibility.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse /logistics for timely dispatch.

• Analyze online sales trends and customer behavior to improve conversion rates.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.

• Support occasional B2B client inquiries and order processing when required.

Qualifications:

> Minimum 2 years of experience in online sales or customer service. >Strong written and verbal communication skills.

> Familiarity with social media platforms, e-commerce sites, and messaging tools.

>Organized, tech-savvy, and customer-centric.

> Experience in fashion or footwear retail is an advantage. > Basic knowledge of B2B sales is a plus.
