This position ensures that inventory levels align with sales demands, contributing to efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory analysis and forecasting

Reporting and data analysis

Replenishment planning

Process improvement – identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and reduce operational costs

Collaborate with warehouse staff, inventory managers, and branch‑level teams to achieve inventory goals

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field

2–3 years of proven experience in inventory control, stock analysis, or related roles in retail or warehouse settings

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions
